Terms of Service

Effective 11 October 2026. These general terms describe Offer Engine as a hosted storefront and management platform. Business customers should review these terms before subscribing.

Accounts and responsibilities

Businesses must provide accurate information, protect credentials, comply with applicable commerce, consumer and privacy laws, and remain responsible for their own product descriptions, fulfillment, returns and customer communications.

Billing and free trials

Subscription plans and renewal amounts are presented before checkout. A 10-day trial may be available for eligible first-time Paddle subscriptions after a payment method is provided. Unless cancelled before renewal, billing begins after the trial. Complimentary codes, when offered, are separate from Paddle subscriptions and have eligibility and expiry rules.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for fraudulent orders, illegal items, privacy violations, unauthorized access or abuse. We may restrict access to protect the service and users, subject to applicable law.

Availability and termination

Service may be interrupted for maintenance or technical issues. Business data and export options depend on your plan and applicable retention policy. Contact support for account questions or billing disputes.
