How it is used

Information supports login, transactions, reporting, customer service, fraud prevention, platform analytics and permitted messaging. Store owners should obtain appropriate consent before collecting leads or contacting abandoned-cart customers.

Payments

Paddle manages subscription checkout and payment information under its own terms. Offer Engine should not collect card numbers on its own website.

Data rights and protection

Users may contact support to request information, corrections or deletion where applicable. Access is controlled by user roles and reasonable security measures, but no service guarantees absolute security.
